you can become a phone card wholesaler

Our Order Policy:

  1. Minimum order per item or denomination is 25 cards
  2. Order must be in the increament of 25 cards
  3. Total Order amount before shipping must be $250 net value
  4. Flat Shipping of $7 by fedex ground
  5. Express Shipping available by fedex and subject to fedex charges
  6. Order will be process and ship if received by or before 2 pm CST
  7. "7. Please Check for the availability, some of the items / denominiation might be out"

Payment:

  1. No COD, no check are accepted
  2. Payment can be in the form of Wiretransfer, Cashier check, Telecheck system
  3. Cashier check will take 24 hours before we can process your order
  4. Payment must be paid to our Debit Prepaid System (DBS)and must follow all the DBS terms and conditions
  5. Payment by Secure Check and Wire Transfer will be credited 1.5% (one and half) rebate to your DBS account with minimum deposit each time of $1000

Extra Earning or Discount:

  1. Depositing $5000 or more at a time, we will credit 1% to your account automatically
  2. Volume order will be given extra discount, please see cart

Rebate Structure /Extra Discount (from net value of total purchase):

  1. $250 to $1000 = 0% extra
  2. $1001to $2500 = 1% extra
  3. $2500 to $5000 = 2 % extra
  4. $5001 to $10000 = 3% extra
  5. $10001 or more = please call

Return Policy:

  1. USPT guarantee the products up to 90 days from the day of purchase.
  2. We will not accept any cards if the pins is exposed or has been scratch before
  3. There will be 10% restocking fee for any return of unscratch card
  4. You must sent back the cards if there is problem with the carrier and return must be received 2 weeks from the date of notice
  5. no return or credit will be issued if it pass the date line
  6. we will try to reach you by any mean if the cards you purchase have problems
  7. we will not issue any partial credit for any un used portion
  8. any open cards return will subject to management apporval in the event of carier out of business
  9. credit will be issued and deposit back into you DBS account minus any necessary charges
